Sensitive material handling
Park House hold a Waste Carrier’s licence, therefore all types of waste can be removed from the property being cleared.
Due to current environmental concerns, we ensure all waste removed is recycled before it is considered for tipping.
However, if items are removed and can be re-used but have no sale value, we donate to local charities.
All types of waste can be removed and are priced on volume and weight accordingly.
Certain items will incur singular charges ie:
- Fridge/Freezers
- Tinned paint
- Tyres, gas bottles and car batteries
If asbestos is found in the property, we contact a specialist company to dispose of the asbestos.
All personal papers and photos are kept, collated and returned to relatives or solicitors in a discreet manner once the clearance has been completed.
All our employees have undergone police checks due to the handling of personal documentation.
Cooperating with security work
If required, the property can be boarded up for security and a full locksmith service is available.
A search can be made for deeds, passbooks and important documents which are then collated, saved and passed on to the relevant person.
